Shipping, Handling, and Deliveries

Our site is designed for shipping to anywhere in the United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii, but excludes Guam, the Virgin Islands, the Marshall Islands, etc. If you would like us to ship to a destination outside the United States, please give us a call and we will be glad to take your order over the phone.

We have a sophisticated distribution system of multiple warehouses strategically located around the U.S., and we ship products from the warehouse closest to you. Most orders are delivered in 2-3 days. We will ship to both commercial and residential addresses. In most cases we ship UPS ground zone 2 (the cheapest). Even if your shipping address is in zone 8 (the farthest and most expensive UPS ground zone, relative to our warehouse), we will still only charge you for a zone 2 delivery. Exceptions occur when the weight of shipment exceeds 100 pounds, or the destination address is not within the continental U.S.

Shipping and handling fees can be determined, prior to order placement, from the Shopping Basket page, and also from the Checkout Confirmation page.

Small order handling fee. In addition to the regular handling fees, a $5.00 "small-order" handling fee is added to orders where the price of the merchandise (before tax) is less than $90 approximately (depends on product).

Payment Methods

We accept payment by check and by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Account holding customers have the additional option of paying on account. For information about becoming an account holding customer, please contact us.

Order Status

After you place your order, an email containing the details of your order is sent to you. Included in this email is your order number. To find out about the status of an order, contact us by phone or email. Be sure to provide your order number when inquiring.

Return Policy

Our business is to ensure you are happy with your purchase and the service we provided. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, with a product or item that you have purchased from us, you may return it to us within 30 days of the time you received it. Products must be unopened and in the same condition and original packaging they were in when you received them. Note that you will be charged for shipping the product back to us, however, as well as for a restocking fee.

Defective products are also returnable within 30 days of the time you received them. In the case of defective products, we will pay for the return shipping charges, and waive any restocking charges. Please do not ship your product to us -- we will schedule a carrier for pickup.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, address, email, telephone, products purchased, etc.) are kept totally confidential and for use only by us, in order to carry out the sale and delivery of product. No third party has or will have access to this information, except as is necessary to carry out the sale and delivery of product to you.

You are required to provide us with your email address during the registration process. The email is used to communicate with you at the end of the checkout process, as well as to contact you with questions about your order, if needed.

We will on occasion send to you email with information about product specials or new features add to the site, and the like.
